Terms

Loop Cleaning Co cleans homes, rentals and workplaces in Sydney, New South Wales. Submitting a form is a request for a quote. It does not create a booking.

A booking begins only after we send a quote and you accept it. The date, access arrangements, and the rooms or extras included are those set out in that quote.

Please describe the property accurately. If the home or workplace differs from the request, the quote may need to be revised before work starts.

Exterior windows are cleaned only where they can be reached safely. Carpet and upholstery results depend on the material and its condition. Any bond or inspection decision is made by the agent or landlord.

To reschedule or cancel, contact us with your reference number. Any notice period is stated in the quote you accept.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
