End of lease cleaning
A vacate clean is arranged around the rooms and extras you select. Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and the laundry are the usual base. Oven, carpet, interior windows, blinds, balconies and inside cupboards are included when you ask for them, which is how many Sydney agents list them.
Share the lease end date, the inspection date if you have one, and anything written on the condition report. An inspection result is decided by the agent or landlord.
Regular cleaning and a deep clean
Regular cleaning is weekly, fortnightly or monthly upkeep of the rooms you use. A deep clean is a single, more detailed visit when a home has been left longer, or before a regular schedule starts. The condition you describe is what we use to allow the right time.
Before the cleaner arrives
Clear floors and surfaces enough for the work you requested. Note pets, parking, stairs, and whether someone will be home or a key needs to be arranged. For windows, say whether the glass is interior, exterior, or both. Exterior glass is cleaned only where it can be reached safely.
Workplaces
Office, retail and strata requests should include the type of space, an approximate size, how often you need the clean, and the days that suit the site. Shared areas such as foyers, stairs and amenities are listed separately from tenancy spaces.
