Privacy policy

Loop Cleaning Co is a cleaning business serving Sydney, New South Wales. This policy covers enquiries made through this website.

When you request a quote or send a message, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, property address, the cleaning you need, preferred dates, notes, and any photos you choose to upload.

We use that information to review the job, contact you, prepare a quote, arrange a booking you accept, and keep a private record of the enquiry. Photos and quote amounts are not shown on the public website.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing. A copy of an enquiry may be emailed to the business so it can be answered. Those messages contain only the details needed to reply.

You can ask us to correct or delete an enquiry through the contact page. Include your reference number. We will do so unless the record is needed for a booking, a payment, or a legal obligation.

This website uses a session cookie so forms can be submitted securely. Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact page.
